    This Slow Cooker Beef and Barley Stew is a classic comfort food recipe that’s both simple and nourishing. Made with just **four wholesome ingredients—beef stew meat, pearl barley, carrots, and beef broth—**this easy crockpot beef barley soup slowly cooks into a rich, hearty meal with tender beef, plump barley, and naturally sweet carrots.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch chunks
    • 1 cup pearl barley, rinsed

    Directions

    1. Layer the Beef
