    Slow Cooker Honey Lemon Garlic Whole Chicken (Easy & Juicy)

    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    How to Make Slow Cooker Honey Lemon Garlic Chicken

    1. Prepare the Chicken

    Pat the whole chicken dry using paper towels. Rub the softened butter all over the chicken, including under the skin if possible. Season generously with lemon pepper, seasoned salt, and black pepper.

    2. Make the Honey Citrus Sauce

    In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and orange juice until well combined.

    3. Arrange in the Slow Cooker

    Place the lemon slices on the bottom of the slow cooker to create a flavor base. Set the seasoned chicken on top of the lemon slices.
