    • 1–2 dashes cumin
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1 cup water (plus more if needed)

     For the Burritos

    • Large flour tortillas
    • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
    • Salsa
    • Sour cream

     How to Make Crockpot Pot Roast Burritos

    Step 1: Layer the Ingredients

    Place dry pinto beans in the bottom of your slow cooker. Mix in the diced onion and canned tomatoes. Season with cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder.

    Step 2: Add the Roast

    Place the pot roast on top of the beans and season again lightly with the same spices for extra flavor.
