    Stuffed Pepper Pasta

    This Stuffed Pepper Pasta is a bold, comforting twist on classic stuffed peppers, combining tender bell peppers, seasoned ground beef, zesty tomatoes, and bowtie pasta into one irresistible meal.     Ingredients:

    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 bell peppers, diced (any color)
    ½ yellow onion, diced
    1 lb ground beef
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    24 oz pasta sauce
    10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    Salt & black pepper, to taste
    4 cups bowtie pasta (farfalle)

    Instructions:

    Sauté the Vegetables
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced bell peppers and onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
    Brown the Ground Beef
    Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned (7–10 minutes). Drain excess grease if needed.
    Season for Maximum Flavor
    Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes until aromatic.
    Add the Sauce
    Pour in the pasta sauce and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
    Cook the Pasta
    Meanwhile, boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.
    Combine & Serve
    Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated and heated through. Serve hot with grated cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
