    These soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls with cream cheese glaze are the ultimate homemade breakfast treat!     Ingredients:

    Dough:
    3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
    2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
    ¼ cup granulated sugar

    ¾ cup whole milk, warmed
    ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
    1 large egg

    Cinnamon Filling:
    ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
    ¾ cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

    Cream Cheese Glaze:
    4 oz cream cheese, softened
    ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons milk

    Instructions:

    In a large bowl, whisk together 2 ¼ cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft, sticky dough forms.

    Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes, adding remaining flour as needed, until smooth and elastic.

    Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

    In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create the filling.

    Roll dough into a 16×10-inch rectangle. Spread filling evenly over the surface.

    Roll tightly from the long edge and cut into 12 even cinnamon rolls. Place in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover and rise for 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and fluffy.

    Whisk all glaze ingredients until smooth and creamy.

    Spread glaze over warm rolls and serve immediately for the best gooey texture.
