This Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup is the perfect cozy comfort meal rich, cheesy, and ready in just 30 minutes. Packed with Italian sausage, lasagna noodles, cream, and three cheeses, this dish combines all the best parts of classic lasagna and creamy Alfredo pasta in one easy recipe.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground Italian sausage (or ground beef)
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook Italian sausage in a large pot over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and crushed tomatoes. Stir well to create a rich, flavorful Alfredo-style broth.

Add lasagna noodle pieces, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.

Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the soup becomes creamy and velvety.

Serve hot with a scoop of ricotta, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and fresh parsley on top.
