A delicious, cozy dish made with juicy beef tips, golden mushrooms, and a savory beef gravy perfect for busy nights!

Ingredients:

1 lb beef tips
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Pat dry and season the beef tips generously with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef tips and sear for 4–5 minutes, turning until browned.
Remove and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the skillet.
Cook the onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender and golden.

Return beef to the skillet.
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well.
Reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer 15–20 minutes until beef is tender and the sauce thickens.

Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve over mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, or fluffy rice for the perfect comfort meal.
