Creamy Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

Bring restaurant-quality flavor to your kitchen with this Creamy Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta! This easy and elegant seafood Alfredo recipe combines tender salmon, juicy shrimp, and rich Parmesan cream sauce over perfectly cooked fettuccine. It’s a luxurious yet simple meal perfect for date nights or weeknight dinners.

    Ingredients:

    8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 salmon fillets (4–6 oz each)
½ lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup heavy cream
    6–8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

Boil salted water and cook fettuccine pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add salmon fillets and shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the shrimp are pink and the salmon flakes easily (3–4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Lower the heat and whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Add shrimp, salmon, and pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat everything evenly in the creamy Alfredo sauce.

Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley. Serve warm, topped with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
