Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

These Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups combine all your favorite burger flavors into one easy-to-eat, golden-baked bite. Juicy ground beef, melty cheddar cheese, and garlic butter brushed dough make this recipe a must-try for weeknight dinners, parties, or game day snacks.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated crescent dough or pizza dough
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned and tender. Drain any grease.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard, and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Roll out the crescent dough or pizza dough and cut into rectangles (or use pre-cut crescent triangles).
Spoon the beef mixture onto each dough piece, top with shredded cheddar cheese, and roll tightly. Pinch seams to seal.
Place rollups seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter and garlic powder and brush over each rollup. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
Optional: Brush with more butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
