Ingredients:

2 cups fine oat flour (for a naturally healthy base)

4 eggs

½ cup date paste (natural sweetener)
1 thinly sliced apple
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
