    Sizzling Garlic Beef Ramen Stir-Fry with Veggies

    If you’re craving a quick, flavorful, and restaurant-style dish at home, this Garlic Beef Ramen Stir-Fry is the ultimate weeknight dinner! Tender flank steak is seared to perfection, then tossed with crisp vegetables, ramen noodles, and a rich sweet-savory garlic sauce. Perfect for busy nights when you want something better than takeout.

     

    Ingredients:

    2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

    1 lb (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 tablespoon oyster sauce

    1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

    1 tablespoon sesame oil

    1 tablespoon cornstarch

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

    1 cup broccoli florets

    1 carrot, julienned

     

    Instructions:

    1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package directions (without seasoning packets). Drain and set aside.

     

    2. In a bowl, toss sliced flank steak with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes while prepping vegetables.

     

    3. In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and an extra splash of soy sauce (if desired). Set aside.

     

    4. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned but not overcooked. Remove and set aside.

     

    5. Add remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.

     

    6. Return the beef to the pan, add cooked ramen noodles, and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together until noodles are coated and beef/veggies are evenly mixed.

     

    7. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions. Enjoy your sizzling garlic beef ramen stir-fry!

     

    Recipe Tips:

    Slice beef thinly against the grain for tenderness.

    Add a pinch of chili flakes or sriracha for a spicy garlic beef ramen.

    Swap veggies with snow peas, zucchini, or mushrooms for variety.
