A quick and satisfying one-pan dinner recipe that combines juicy seared sirloin steak with creamy cheese ravioli tossed in a rich garlic butter Parmesan sauce! This easy 30-minute steak pasta skillet is perfect for weeknights and special occasions alike.

Ingredients:

12 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. To prevent sticking, drizzle with a little olive oil if needed.

2. Season the sirloin steak pieces with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steak on all sides until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Let simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick, if desired.

4. Return the cooked ravioli and steak to the skillet. Gently toss everything together to coat in the creamy garlic butter sauce. Simmer another 1–2 minutes to heat through.

5. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
