1 lb ground beef

3 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite short pasta)

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1/4 cup milk

 

How to Make Cheddar Ranch Ground Beef Casserole:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the cooked pasta and browned ground beef to the creamy ranch cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well coated.
