Dump-and-Bake Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Pasta Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded – rotisserie chicken is ideal)
7.5 oz garlic & herb whipped cream cheese (or chive flavor)
12 oz dry pasta (rotini, penne, fusilli, or cellentani)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp seasoning salt (or salt & pepper to taste)
⅔ cup heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine:
cooked chicken
whipped cream cheese
uncooked pasta
1 cup cheddar cheese
chopped broccoli
olive oil
chicken broth
seasoning salt
heavy cream
Mix thoroughly until well blended.
3. Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
4. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese evenly on top.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until pasta is tender and cheese is golden and bubbly.
