Ingredients:

120g cottage cheese (high-protein base)

25g almond flour (low-carb, gluten-free)

Zest of 1 lemon (fresh citrus flavor)

15 ml fresh lemon juice (adds tangy taste)

30g honey (natural sweetener)

30g dried blueberries (chewy, antioxidant-rich)

Instructions:

1. In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the almond flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey. Blend again to form a thick, sticky dough.

3. Gently fold in the dried blueberries with a spatula to avoid breaking them.

4. Scoop out the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls (makes about 6 to 8).

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
