Shrimp and Crab Nacho Biscuit Melts

Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped (peeled and deveined)
1/2 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional, for heat)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate biscuit dough into 8 rounds and gently flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
3. Top each biscuit with chopped shrimp, crab meat, shredded cheddar, and optional jalapeños.
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Garnish with sour cream, a sprinkle of garlic powder and paprika, and fresh cilantro.
