    Creamy Garlic Butter Bowtie Pasta with Beef, Italian Sausage & Spinach

    This Creamy Garlic Butter Bowtie Pasta is the ultimate comfort food recipe that’s perfect for busy weeknights or a hearty weekend dinner! Packed with bold flavors, this pasta dish combines tender bowtie noodles, juicy ground beef, spicy Italian sausage, and nutritious spinach in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce. Finished with melty mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, it’s a one-pot pasta dinner your whole family will love!

     

    Ingredients:

    1 pound bowtie pasta (farfalle)

    1 pound ground beef

    1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed

    10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

    1 cup chicken broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

     

    Instructions:

    1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

    3. Stir in spinach and cook for 2 minutes.

    4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

    5. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Cajun seasoning and Italian seasoning.

    6. Reduce heat and mix in both cheeses until melted and sauce is creamy.

    7. Toss in the cooked bowtie pasta and stir until evenly coated.

    8. Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top!

     

    Pro Tip: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat or fresh basil for a herbaceous finish.
