Looking for the perfect game day appetizer or an easy indulgent snack? These Cheesy Loaded Fries with Ground Beef and Mozzarella are the ultimate comfort food! Crispy French fries are topped with seasoned beef, gooey mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and finished with fresh toppings for a crave-worthy dish.

    Ingredients:

1 bag (16 oz) frozen French fries (or use crispy homemade fries)

    1 lb ground beef

    1 small onion, diced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp taco seasoning (or your favorite savory blend)

    1/4 cup water

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for drizzling)

2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Fries:
Prepare your fries in the oven or air fryer until crispy and golden brown. Set aside on a baking sheet.

    2. Prepare the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened (about 2–3 minutes). Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2–3 more minutes to enhance the flavor.

    3. Assemble the Loaded Fries:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the crispy fries evenly on a baking dish. Top with the beef mixture, then sprinkle generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

    4. Bake:
Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.

    5. Garnish & Serve:
Top your loaded fries with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and chopped green onions or parsley. Serve hot and enjoy the melty, savory goodness!

Perfect for Game Day, Family Dinners, or Late-Night Cravings!
This loaded fries recipe is a fan favorite easy to make, bursting with flavor, and totally satisfying.
