Easy Chicken and Green Onion Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped (white and green parts separated)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
