Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
For the Creamy Tuscan Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups baby spinach
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions:
Sauté the Shrimp:
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
Add butter, garlic, and onion to the same skillet. Sauté until fragrant.
