    Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon

     

    This Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon is a hearty, flavorful dish perfect for comfort food lovers. Featuring tender diced beef, baby potatoes, carrots, and a rich savory sauce, it’s a simplified twist on a classic French recipe. It’s an easy set-and-forget meal ideal for cozy dinners or special occasions. Serve it with crusty bread or mashed potatoes to complete the experience!

    Ingredients:

    500g Diced Beef

    Baby Potatoes (add as many as you like)

    3 Chopped Carrots

    1 Spoonful of Chopped Garlic

    1/2 Chopped Red Onion

    Fresh Parsley (a handful)

    Fresh Thyme (a handful)

    1 1/2 cups Beef Broth (instead of red wine)

    2 Teaspoons of Sugar (to sweeten)

    Beef Stock Paste

    1 Spoon of Flour

    Seasonings:

    Salt

    Black Pepper

    Onion Powder

    Garlic Powder

    Paprika

    Mixed Herbs

    Worcestershire Sauce

    Dark Soy Sauce

    Instructions:

    1. Sear the Beef:
    Heat a skillet, sear the diced beef for about 3 minutes, then transfer it to your slow cooker.

    2. Prepare the Sauce:
    Using the juices from the beef, pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Add a spoonful of flour to thicken the sauce and sugar to balance the flavors.

    3. Combine Ingredients:
    Pour the broth sauce into the slow cooker. Add carrots, onion, garlic, thyme, and parsley. Toss in baby potatoes for a hearty touch.

    4. Season & Cook:
    Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, mixed herbs, Worcestershire sauce, and dark soy sauce.

    5. Slow Cook to Perfection:
    Set your slow cooker on low and let it work its magic for 4 hours.

    Tips for Success:
