Ingredients:

500g Diced Beef

Baby Potatoes (add as many as you like)

3 Chopped Carrots

1 Spoonful of Chopped Garlic

1/2 Chopped Red Onion

Fresh Parsley (a handful)

Fresh Thyme (a handful)

1 1/2 cups Beef Broth (instead of red wine)

2 Teaspoons of Sugar (to sweeten)

Beef Stock Paste

1 Spoon of Flour

Seasonings:

Salt

Black Pepper

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Paprika

Mixed Herbs

Worcestershire Sauce

Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions:

1. Sear the Beef:
Heat a skillet, sear the diced beef for about 3 minutes, then transfer it to your slow cooker.

2. Prepare the Sauce:
Using the juices from the beef, pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Add a spoonful of flour to thicken the sauce and sugar to balance the flavors.
