    Ingredients:

    1.5 pounds ribeye steak (or your preferred cut)

    1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    2 tablespoons unsalted butter

    1.5 teaspoons kosher salt (adjust as needed)

    ½ teaspoon black pepper (to taste)

    ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

    ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

    1 medium onion, diced

    6 cloves garlic, minced

    8 ounces fresh spinach, chopped

    1 medium lemon (zested and juiced)

    ½ cup broth (beef, chicken, seafood, or vegetable)

    1 cup heavy whipping cream

    4 ounces freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    Fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Steak

    Generously season the ribeye steak with kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika for bold flavor.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or cook to your desired doneness. Remove and rest the steak on a plate.

    2. Cook the Shrimp

    Melt the unsalted butter in the skillet. Add the jumbo shrimp and sprinkle with a touch of salt. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

    3. Sauté Onions and Garlic

    In the same skillet, toss in diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant and softened, about 3-4 minutes.
