    Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Wings Recipe

     

    These Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Wings are the ultimate blend of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors. Crispy fried wings are coated in a sticky, caramelized honey garlic sauce with a touch of sriracha for heat. Perfect for game days, parties, or a flavorful appetizer, they’re easy to make and guaranteed to impress. Topped with sesame seeds, green onions, and chilies, they add a bold kick to any gathering. Serve these wings and watch them disappear in minutes!

    Ingredients:

    1 kg chicken wings

    1 cup all-purpose flour

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp black pepper

    1 tsp paprika

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp onion powder

    Vegetable oil (for frying)

    2 tbsp butter

    1/4 cup soy sauce

    1/4 cup honey

    1/4 cup brown sugar

    5 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tbsp ginger, grated

    2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)

    1 tbsp sesame seeds

    2 green onions, chopped

    2 red chilies, sliced

    2 green chilies, sliced

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Chicken:

    Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels for maximum crispiness.

    2. Coat the Chicken:

    In a bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    Dredge each wing in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coat. Shake off any excess flour.

    3. Fry the Chicken:

    Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F).

    Fry the chicken wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

    Remove and drain on paper towels.

    4. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:

    In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

    Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 2 minutes).

    Stir in soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and sriracha. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

    5. Coat the Wings:

    Add fried wings to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.

    Let cook for 2-3 more minutes for a sticky, caramelized finish.

    6. Garnish & Serve:

    Sprinkle sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and sliced red and green chilies over the wings.

    Toss to mix everything and serve hot.
