    Italian Fig & Burrata Salad

     

    Indulge in this fresh and vibrant Italian Fig & Burrata Salad, a delightful mix of sweet figs, creamy burrata, crunchy walnuts, and juicy pomegranate seeds.

    Perfect for a light and elegant summer meal!

    Ingredients:

    – 2 cups fresh arugula
    – 4 fresh figs, halved
    – 1 ball of burrata cheese, torn into pieces
    – 1/4 cup toasted walnut halves
    – 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
    – 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    – 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
    – Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Instructions:
