    Indulge in the delightful flavors of this No-Bake Orange Pineapple Swirl Cheesecake, a refreshing and easy-to-make dessert perfect for summer gatherings. This creamy cheesecake combines citrusy orange and tropical pineapple for a deliciously sweet treat that everyone will love.

    Ingredients:

    – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs grahamcracker
    – 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    – 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened creamcheese
    – 1 cup granulated sugar
    – 3 large eggs
    – 1 cup sour cream
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 1/2 cup orange juice orange
    – Zest of 1 orange orange
    – 1 cup whipped cream
    – 1/2 cup pineapple chunks pineapple
    – 1/2 cup mandarin orange slices orange
    – Fresh mint leaves and berries for garnish

    Instructions:

    – Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

    – Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.

    – Combine Ingredients: Mix in the sour cream, vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange zest until well incorporated.

    – Layer the Cheesecake: Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Evenly spread half of the pineapple chunks and mandarin orange slices over the mixture.

    – Add the Second Layer: Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top. Create a swirl pattern with additional orange juice or orange jelly for a burst of flavor.

    – Chill: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

    – Garnish and Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream, the remaining pineapple chunks, mandarin orange slices, fresh mint leaves, and berries.
