    Ingredients:

    1 pound ground beef

    1 small onion, chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

    1 cup sour cream

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    1 package (32 ounces) frozen tater tots

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Beef Mixture:

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.

    Drain excess fat and stir in chopped onion and minced garlic.

    Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

    2. Prepare the Creamy Sauce:

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.

    Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl and stir until fully combined.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    3. Assemble in the Slow Cooker:

    Spread half of the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.

    Layer the beef and soup mixture on top, spreading it out smoothly.

    Add the remaining tater tots on top to form a crispy layer.
