Ultimate Creamy Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab

Ingredients:
12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb lump crab meat
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional, for extra seafood flavor)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and sauté for another minute.
3. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux. Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream, stirring until smooth and thickened.
4. Add shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through. Gently fold in the crab meat and season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Remove from heat.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
6. Spread a thin layer of the creamy seafood sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, seafood sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with mozzarella on top.
7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbly.
8. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
