    Ultimate Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Potato Roll

     

    This Ultimate Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Potato Roll is the perfect comfort food, packed with savory flavors and gooey cheese. The thinly sliced, oven-baked potatoes create a golden, crispy base that wraps around a delicious beef filling.     Ingredients:

    For the Potato Layer:

    3 large potatoes (about 900g), peeled and sliced
    300g cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tbsp (20ml) vegetable oil
    4g salt

    For the Savory Beef Filling:

    500g ground beef
    2 tbsp (20ml) vegetable oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 green peppers, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tbsp (25g) tomato sauce
    1 tsp (20g) tomato paste
    Paprika, black pepper, cumin (to taste)
    Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

    Instructions:

    Prep & Bake the Potatoes:
    Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
    Toss thinly sliced potatoes with vegetable oil and salt.
    Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until tender and golden.

    Cook the Flavorful Beef Filling:
    In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
    Sauté onions, green peppers, red pepper, and garlic until softened.
    Add ground beef and cook until browned.

    Add the Delicious Seasonings:
    Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, paprika, black pepper, and cumin.
    Cook for 5 more minutes to let the flavors blend.
    Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional).

    Assemble the Ultimate Potato Roll:
