    Looking for a quick and hearty breakfast recipe to fuel your day? This Grilled Sausage and Crispy Potato Skillet is the perfect savory breakfast idea simple, satisfying, and full of flavor!

    Ingredients:

    For the Grilled Sausages:

    4 high-quality breakfast sausages (chicken, or plant-based)

    For the Crispy Potato Slices:

    4 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    Salt and black pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Potatoes:
    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Toss the sliced potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully coated.

    2. Cook the Potatoes:
    Arrange the slices in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and perfectly crispy.

    3. Grill the Sausages:
    While potatoes cook, grill the sausages on an outdoor grill or stovetop skillet. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

    4. Serve & Enjoy:
