Ingredients:

12 oz penne pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp Cajun seasoning (optional for heat)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp dried parsley (or use fresh for extra flavor)

 

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning if desired.

3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken for 6–7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheeses until smooth and melted.

7. Return the chicken and cooked penne to the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.

8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
