    Ingredients:

    For the Slow Cooker:

    1 cup chicken broth

    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    1/4 tsp. onion powder

    1 1/2 tsp. paprika

    1 tsp. salt

    1/4 tsp. black pepper

    2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1 small white onion, diced

    To Add Later:

    1 lb. fettuccine noodles, cooked as per package instructions

    2 cups heavy cream

    3/4 cup parmesan cheese, divided

    Dried parsley or oregano (for garnish)

    Paprika (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Slow Cooker Base:

    Add chicken broth to the slow cooker. Mix in cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

    2. Add Chicken and Onion:

    Place chicken breasts into the seasoned broth, flipping them to coat evenly. Sprinkle diced onions over the chicken.

    3. Cook the Chicken:

    Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low heat for 6 hours. Resist the urge to open the lid during cooking.

    4. Shred and Enrich:

    After 6 hours, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks. Stir in heavy cream.

    5. Combine Pasta and Cheese:

    Add cooked and drained fettuccine noodles, along with 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Stir everything together.

    6. Garnish and Final Cook:

    Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top. For extra flavor and presentation, add a dash of paprika and dried parsley flakes. Cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
