    Slow Cooker Beef Tips & Noodles

     

    This Slow Cooker Beef Tips & Noodles recipe is the ultimate comfort food, combining tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef with rich, savory gravy. The slow cooker does all the work, making it a stress-free meal perfect for busy days. Served over buttery egg noodles, it’s hearty, satisfying, and packed with flavor. A sprinkle of fresh parsley adds the perfect finishing touch.

    Ingredients:

    2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cubed

    1 onion, finely chopped

    2 cups beef broth

    1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

    1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix

    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tsp dried thyme

    1/2 tsp black pepper

    1/4 cup all-purpose flour

    1/4 cup water

    12 oz egg noodles, cooked

    Fresh parsley for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the slow cooker: Add cubed beef, chopped onion, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, thyme, and black pepper to the crockpot. Mix everything thoroughly.

    2. Cook: Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Let the beef simmer until it’s tender and packed with flavor.

    3. Thicken the sauce: During the last 30 minutes of cooking, whisk together flour and water in a small bowl to create a slurry. Stir it into the crockpot, mixing well. Allow the sauce to thicken to a rich, velvety consistency.

    4. Prepare the noodles: Cook egg noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set them aside for serving.

    5. Combine & serve: Plate the cooked egg noodles and ladle the savory beef tips and sauce over them. Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
