    Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef Roast

Looking for a comforting and easy beef roast recipe that’s packed with rich, tangy-sweet flavor? This Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef is a true crowd-pleaser. With simple pantry ingredients and a hands-off cooking method, you’ll have tender, juicy shredded beef infused with a bold balsamic glaze. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or cozy gatherings!

    Ingredients:

    2 pounds beef chuck roast

    1 cup beef broth

    2 garlic cloves, finely minced

    4 tablespoons brown sugar

    ½ cup balsamic vinegar

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    1 tablespoon soy sauce

    1 teaspoon dried rosemary

    1 teaspoon dried thyme

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Slow Cooker: Lightly grease your slow cooker to prevent sticking. Place the beef chuck roast inside.

    2. Make the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth, minced garlic, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. This will create a deeply flavorful and aromatic balsamic marinade.

    3. Pour & Cook: Pour the mixture over the beef, ensuring it’s well-coated.

Cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or

LOW for 6–8 hours for ultra-tender results.

    4. Shred the Beef: Once done, remove the roast and shred it easily with two forks. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and stir to absorb all those mouthwatering juices.

    5. Serve & Enjoy: Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread. This balsamic shredded beef is perfect for sliders, wraps, or as a hearty main course.
