    Shrimp Scampi with Garlic Butter Pasta & Crispy Garlic Bread

    Looking for a mouthwatering seafood dinner that’s fast, flavorful, and family-approved? This Shrimp Scampi with Garlic Bread is a restaurant-quality meal made at home! Juicy shrimp sautéed in a buttery garlic-lemon sauce, served over pasta with a side of golden, crispy garlic bread it’s the perfect easy weeknight dinner or elegant date-night meal!

     

    Ingredients:

    For the Shrimp Scampi Pasta:

    1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 cup unsalted butter

    1/4 cup olive oil

    1/2 chicken broth

    1 tsp lemon zest

    2 tbsp lemon juice

    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    8 oz spaghetti or linguine

    For the Homemade Garlic Bread:

    1 loaf French bread

    1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    Salt to taste

     

    Instructions:

    1. Make the Garlic Bread:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.

    Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, and salt.

    Spread evenly over bread and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy. Slice and set aside.

    2. Cook the Pasta:

    Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    3. Sauté the Shrimp:

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

    Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

    4. Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:

    Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

    Simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce the sauce slightly.

    5. Combine and Serve:

    Toss the cooked pasta into the shrimp skillet and stir to coat.

    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with garlic bread on the side. Enjoy every garlicky, buttery bite!
