    Ingredients:

    For the Steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (1 inch thick)

    Salt and pepper to taste

    2 tbsp olive oil

    For the Creamy Cajun Shrimp:

1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

    2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

    2 tbsp butter

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    For the Sautéed Spinach:

    4 cups fresh spinach

    1 tbsp olive oil

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    Salt and pepper to taste

    For the Mashed Yukon Potatoes:

2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and chunked

    1/2 cup milk

    1/4 cup heavy cream

    4 tbsp butter

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    Seared Steak:

    1. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.

    2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

    3. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or adjust for your desired doneness.

    4. Transfer the steaks to a plate, cover with foil, and let rest.

    Creamy Cajun Shrimp:

    1. Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning.

    2. Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

    3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, 3-4 minutes.

    4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Garnish with parsley and set aside.

    Sautéed Spinach:

    1. Heat olive oil in another skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.

    2. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Mashed Yukon Potatoes:

    1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.

    2. Drain and mash potatoes with milk, heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.

    Serve & Enjoy!

Plate the steaks alongside the mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach, then top with creamy Cajun shrimp. Every bite is packed with savory, buttery goodness!
