    Ingredients:

1 package of sliced Eckrich skinless smoked sausage

    8 quartered Yukon gold potatoes

    1 diced green pepper

    1 diced yellow pepper

    1 stick butter or margarine

    1 tsp oregano

    1 tsp basil

    1/2 tsp black pepper

    2 tsps olive oil

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stick of butter or margarine in a baking pan and let it melt as the oven preheats.

    Step 2: Assemble the Ingredients

Arrange the smoked sausage, quartered Yukon gold potatoes, diced green pepper, and diced yellow pepper over the melted butter in the pan.

    Step 3: Add Seasoning

Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle the oregano, basil, and black pepper evenly on top for a flavorful finish.

    Step 4: Bake to Perfection

Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 50 minutes. The sausage will infuse the potatoes and peppers with smoky goodness, while the butter and herbs create a rich, savory sauce.
