Ingredients:

1 pound ground sausage

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions:

Preheat Your Oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it thoroughly.

Cook the Sausage
In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Crumble the sausage as it cooks, drain the excess fat, and let it cool slightly.
