INGREDIENTS:
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 teaspoons curry
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- the rice
- water
- vegetable broth cube
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let’s get started the recipe:
Fry garlic and onions in sunflower oil until translucent. Add the spices and mix for a few seconds. Pour the rice all at once and let it absorb the spices for two minutes.
Add water (it should exceed rice). And a bouillon cube. Kissing fire.
Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes making sure the rice does not stick, if it does not stick, add more water. The rice is cooked when it has absorbed all the water and of course when it is no longer hard!
The recipe is ready to be enjoyed.
