Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
