    “Create a stunning treat with our Rainbow Drizzle Macarons recipe! These colorful delights feature almond flour shells filled with rainbow frosting and drizzled with vibrant candy melts. Perfect for birthdays, parties, or any special occasion, these macarons are sure to impress your guests!

    Ingredients:
    For Macaron Shells:
    – 3.5 ounces of egg whites (around 3 large eggs)
    – 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
    – Approximately 1 cup of almond flour
    – Approximately 1 cup of powdered sugar

    For Rainbow Drizzle:
    – 1/4 cup of each color candy melts (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)

    For Rainbow Frosting:
    – Approximately 1/3 cup of cream cheese
    – Approximately 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
    – 1 cup of powdered sugar
    – 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

     

     

    Directions:
    1. Prepare Macaron Shells:
    – Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
    – Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding granulated sugar and black food coloring.
    – Gently fold in dry ingredients until glossy and smooth.
    – Pipe onto parchment-lined baking sheets and let dry for 20-40 minutes.

    2. Bake:
    – Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
    – Bake macaron shells for 15-20 minutes until they form feet and detach easily.

     

    3. Prepare Rainbow Drizzle:
    – Melt each color of candy melts separately in the microwave.
    – Transfer melted candy into small piping bags.

    4. Decorate Shells:
    – Drizzle melted candy in a rainbow sequence over macaron shells.
    – Allow to set completely.

     

     

    5. Make Rainbow Frosting:
    – Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy.
    – Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
    – Color frosting with food coloring, then pipe into a piping bag.

     

     

    6. Assemble Macarons:
    – Pipe rainbow frosting onto half of the macaron shells.
    – Top with another shell to complete each macaron.
