Craving a healthy and flavorful dinner in under 30 minutes? This Beef Stir-Fry with Mixed Vegetables is a high-protein, low-carb winner packed with juicy sirloin or ribeye, colorful veggies, and a savory stir-fry sauce. It’s a one-pan meal perfect for busy weeknights and meal prep!

    Ingredients:

250g beef (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    1 onion, sliced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snow peas)

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Chopped green onions for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Prep everything first: Slice the beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Chop the veggies into bite-sized pieces.

    2. Sear the beef: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a hot wok or skillet. Add the beef and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

    3. Sauté aromatics: Add the remaining oil to the wok. Stir-fry the sliced onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.

    4. Add veggies: Toss in the mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until they’re just tender but still crisp.

    5. Combine and flavor: Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Stir-fry everything together for 1 minute.

    6. Finish and serve: Taste and adjust seasoning. Top with chopped green onions. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles!
