Philly-Style Steak & Pepper Hoagie
Loaded with thinly sliced beef, sautéed peppers, and melty provolone, this classic Philly cheesesteak-inspired hoagie is a must-try for steak lovers! Perfect for busy weeknights, game day, or a hearty lunch.
Ingredients:
1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak or sirloin steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red or yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce for bold flavor
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
4 soft hoagie rolls
4 slices provolone cheese (or use mozzarella for extra cheesiness!)
Instructions:
