    Philly-Style Steak & Pepper Hoagie

    Philly-Style Steak & Pepper Hoagie

    Loaded with thinly sliced beef, sautéed peppers, and melty provolone, this classic Philly cheesesteak-inspired hoagie is a must-try for steak lovers! Perfect for busy weeknights, game day, or a hearty lunch.

    Ingredients:

    1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak or sirloin steak

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 onion, thinly sliced

    1 green bell pepper, sliced

    1 red or yellow bell pepper, sliced

    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce for bold flavor

    1 tsp garlic powder

    Salt & black pepper to taste

    4 soft hoagie rolls

    4 slices provolone cheese (or use mozzarella for extra cheesiness!)

    Instructions:

    Sauté the veggies Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook onions and bell peppers until soft.
    Cook the steak Push veggies aside, add the sliced steak, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
    Enhance the flavor Stir in Worcestershire sauce for that rich, umami taste.
    Get cheesy Lay provolone slices over the steak and peppers, letting them melt into gooey perfection.
    Toast the hoagie rolls Load them up with the steak and pepper mixture for the ultimate sandwich experience!
    Serve hot and enjoy with fries or a side salad!
