Ingredients:

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups pasta (elbow macaroni or your favorite shape)
1 ½ cups beef broth
½ cup honey BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steak slices until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stir in pasta, beef broth, and honey BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until the pasta is tender and sauce is thickened.

Return steak to the pan. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
