8 chicken drumsticks

3–4 potatoes, chunky cut

3 carrots, thick slices

1 onion, chopped (optional)

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Italian seasoning or mixed dried herbs

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
