Ingredients:

1 lb ground sausage

1 medium onion, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup long-grain white rice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions:

Prep the Ingredients

Chop the onion, dice the bell pepper, and mince the garlic for easy access while cooking.

Brown the Sausage

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add ground sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks.
