    Nutella Stuffed Banana Bread Bites

    Get ready to fall in love with these irresistible Nutella-Stuffed Banana Bread Bites a delicious fusion of moist banana bread and gooey Nutella centers. These bite-sized treats are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert. Whether you’re a banana bread lover or a Nutella addict, this easy mini muffin recipe is a must-try!

     

    Ingredients:

    1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)

    ½ cup brown sugar

    ¼ cup melted butter

    1 egg

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 cup all-purpose flour

    ½ tsp baking soda

    ½ tsp baking powder

    ¼ tsp salt

    ½ tsp cinnamon

    ½ cup Nutella (chilled for easier scooping)

     

    Directions:

    1. Preheat & Prep:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan or use mini paper liners for easy cleanup.

    2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

    3. Add Dry Ingredients:
    In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet banana mixture don’t overmix!

    4. Fill the Muffin Pan:
    Spoon a little batter into each muffin cup. Add a small dollop of chilled Nutella to the center, then top with more batter to cover.

    5. Bake:
    Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until tops are golden and a toothpick inserted on the side comes out clean.

    6. Cool & Serve:
    Let them cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm for that dreamy melted Nutella center!
