Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken and Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Zest and juice of 1 lemon
– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

For the Green Beans:
– 1 lb (450g) fresh green beans, trimmed
– Salt, to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Juice of 1/2 lemon
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
1. Season the Chicken Breasts: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. **Cook the Chicken:** In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:
1. Sauté the Garlic and Herbs: In the same skillet, add minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, and paprika. Sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
