Ingredients:

– 2¾ cups flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– ½ teaspoon baking powder
– 1 cup butter, softened
– 1¼ cups sugar

Directions:
1. Preheat and Prepare:
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Make the Cookie Dough:
