    Ingredients:

    1 white onion, sliced

    4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

    2 cups thinly sliced carrots

    1 cup chopped celery

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tsp olive oil

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef

    1 tsp seasoning salt

    1 tsp onion powder

    2 tbsp A1 sauce

3 tbsp butter, cut into thin slices

    1/2 cup white rice (uncooked)

1 (10 oz) can condensed tomato soup

    1 1/2 cups water

    1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Veggies:

In a large bowl, combine sliced onion, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic. Toss until the veggies are well-coated.

    2. Layer in the Crockpot:

Grease the crockpot and spread the vegetable mixture evenly on the bottom.

    3. Cook the Ground Beef:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add seasoning salt, onion powder, and A1 sauce while cooking. Once browned, spread the beef over the veggies in the crockpot.

    4. Assemble the Casserole:

Top the beef layer with tabs of butter. Sprinkle the uncooked rice over the meat.

In a small bowl, mix together the tomato soup and water. Pour the mixture evenly over the rice.

    5. Cook to Perfection:

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.

    6. Add the Cheesy Goodness:

Once the cooking time is up, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Turn off the crockpot, cover, and let the cheese melt for 5-10 minutes.
